These are so delicious, I had them for dinner three nights in a row…literally. I used the pita recipe I posted the other day, but you can also just use store bought pita pockets. The other ingredients can also be changed and substituted according to what you like!
These sandwiches would also be delicious with hummus spread on the inside, but I wanted to use something a little different. I came up with this tahini spread that I thought went great with all of the other ingredients.
These pitas are a great idea for lunch or dinner. They were something new that I really enjoyed, and I hope you do too!
