I knew today was going to start much too bright and early for me. I do not function well at 5:30am, so I made this easy breakfast last night and popped it in the freezer. That way I could just grab a bar and head out the door.
I pressed a couple of chocolate chips into the bars because chocolate makes everything better. You could add many other toppings too, like raisins, coconut, or almonds.
Store these in the freezer so they don’t get too mushy. They will last up to 2 weeks. Happy Hump Day! What is your favorite quick breakfast?!
