I love salt and vinegar chips during the summer. Lay’s isn’t known for its health foods. I wanted to make a bit of a healthier version of my favorite chips. These would be great to bring to barbecues, picnics, or summer parties. They are crispy, delicious, and satisfying!
I used a mandolin slicer to chop up my sweet potatoes, but you could also just slice them with a knife, as thinly as possible.
To ensure more even baking, flip the crisps over halfway through baking! These go from crispy to burnt pretty quickly so make sure you are checking them often.
